The Technical Paper Competition is an annual conpetition for SHPE undergraduate and graduate students, which takes place at the national conference. It strives to highlight the research achievements of SHPE students by alloowing them to present their research work in a public forum. The competition has grown quickly in size and currently is very competitive, with only the be4st students in teh country presenting their work.

SHPE would like to invite all graduate and undergraduate students to submit technical paper abstracts for consideration to the NTCC 2007 Student Technical Paper Competition.

Eligibility for submission is as follows:

Must be a SHPE Paid Member
Must be an undergraduate or graduate student
The topic of the technical paper must be related to the technical fields of engineering and science

Overview of Technical Paper Competition

Technical paper abstracts ust be submitted by October 20, 2006 via email to oagraeve@unr.edu Participants will be notified of acceptance of abstract by October 27, 2006. Selected participants must complete and submit their final technical papers by November 27, 2006. Selected participants will present their technical papers during the NTCC 2007 Student Technical paper Compeition in Denver, Colorado. A panel of professionals will judge the presentations and make final decisions on the winners.
